EXTENDED LICENSE AGREEMENT

 

This Extended License Agreement (the "Agreement") governs the use of digital products provided by SdeBStore (the "Licensor"). By purchasing or downloading any digital product, you (the "Licensee") agree to comply with the terms outlined herein.

1. Grant of License
The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital products for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the limitations set forth in this Agreement. The Licensee may modify the digital products to suit their needs, provided that such modifications do not violate the terms of this Agreement.

2. Permitted Uses
The Licensee is permitted to use the digital products in the following ways:

  • Incorporating the digital products into personal projects, including but not limited to artwork, animations, and presentations.
  • Using the digital products in commercial projects, such as advertisements, promotional materials, and client work.
  • Distributing the digital products as part of a larger project, provided that the digital products are not the primary focus and are not sold or redistributed on their own.

3. Prohibited Uses
The Licensee agrees not to:

  • Sell, resell, or redistribute the digital products in any form, including but not limited to digital marketplaces or file-sharing platforms.
  • Use the digital products in a manner that competes with the Licensor's offerings.
  • Claim ownership of the digital products or any modifications thereof.

4. Ownership and Copyright
The Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in the digital products, including all copyrights and intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant the Licensee any ownership rights to the digital products.

5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time if the Licensee fails to comply with any of the terms outlined herein. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the digital products and destroy any copies in their possession.

6. Limitation of Liability
The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the digital products, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The Licensee assumes all risks associated with the use of the digital products.

7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licensor operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By purchasing or downloading the digital products, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Extended License Agreement.
